I come from Nepal, came to the States about four years ago. I always wanted to come over here since my senior high school days. Youth of my generation were very influenced by Western Culture, especially American music, movies, Levi's jeans and the affluent American Society (technologically and economically). Me and my high school buddies always talked about going to a Guns N Roses concert once we got here, but haven't gone to one yet - guess my taste has changed.
I have been going to school since I got here. I am a senior at Columbia College Chicago and a photo major. I got into photography when I was in tenth grade when my sister brought me a Pentax K1000 with a 50mm f2 lens from Hong Kong. I've been taking pictures since then, and I really enjoy it.
